Nautica Triathlon

I witnessed my first live triathlon - Nautica Triathlon. Two friends participated in the .5-mile swim, 18-mile bike, 4-mile run race. The event started at 7 a.m. at Zuma Beach/ Malibu.

Nike Hit Wonder Run

Nike Hit Wonder Run 2005 - 5 K or 10 K was a wonderful event including a concert with Joan Jett and the Black Hearts. I made a great chip time on my 10 K race and will remember it for a very long time...Not only for my personal minimum time but also for the experience afterwards...someone shot at us when we were leaving the parking lot at 3940 S. Figueroa, Los Angeles...Fortunately, nobody was hurt - only the windshield of my car needed to be replaced.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR!
We are having a party – an 80’s Party.
Dress like the 80’s if you feel like it. And sing your favorite song live on stage (Karaoke). Travel back to the times of Pacman, Depeche Mode, and the Rubik's Cube. Let’s have lots of fun!
