Flowers For Me

The other day my husband came home and brought some flowers along. I was so surprised that I didn't believe he got them for me. I am not sure what I was believing... Finally, he convinced me - it was a thank you for some work I did two days earlier. The work wasn't a big deal, but the beautiful flowers from him were a big deal for me... Thank you so much.

Half Marathon Preparation

Gosh, only three more weeks to go - I am in the middle of my training series that I started 2.5 weeks ago. Right now, I am afraid I made a precipitate decision in regards to my half marathon participation. Well, at least I can say: I try my best - I train as much as I can ... up to spilling blood!

The Whole World Can Talk For Free - Skype

Eventually I signed up for Skype (Check out Skype). Great way to talk to people all over the world - You can talk to anyone over the Internet for FREE - You can call a regular phone for fairly inexpensive rates. Instant messaging is included as well.
For me it is a great opportunity to talk to my family in Germany and my friends in Italy. All I needed is a headset (speakers or USB phone); I downloaded the software @ skype.com (Mac+Win), bought some SkypeOut credit (10 Euro), and then I was ready to go.

Update Alina

Alina is constantly growing and learning...and I was told she is fond of eating - which is good. This way she gets strong and stays healthy. I really do think she is very cute.

Cool Thing

Cool thing I did the other day: I created a so called Life Poster... It's fairly easy to do; and you get it printed for about $30. Instructions how to create a Life Poster can be found here. It's really cool and a wonderful gift for family and friends.

I cannot believe that I indeed registerd for the Valencia Half Marathon today. Gosh! At least something it is worth to practice for.
