Warten aufs Christkind

On Dec 22, we were invited to a game night at Astrid's and Bjoern's place. The evening's motto was "Warten aufs Christkind": While we were waiting for Christmas Eve/Day to arrive, we played a variety of entertaining board and card games to make time pass faster... I think I can say we all had a wonderful time by laughing, playing, drinking, and eating a lot. Time flew by sooooo fast...

Feuerzangenbowle 2006

We had a great time having you guys over again for our annual FZB ceremony. And I mean fun - despite the fact Uli had been sleeping in between punches... However, we are already looking forward having you guys over next year!

Registration: Full Marathon

Just right on time - before December - 1st I registered for the L.A. Marathon which will be taking place in March 2007.
At this point I am not sure if this was such a great idea. I may not run at all. Problem is my knees already hurt on shorter distances so that I can hardly believe making it through 42 km. But if I start, my goal is to reach the finishing line - no matter how...* I really would love to participate in such a challenging event - to find out if I can really do it.
